County of Hartford, State of Connecticut - 28 March 1818, Elisha Wells, lately of Farmington now of Hartford, entered service 1777 in May under Captain Kimball in Col. John Chandleres Regt. He is in need of support from his country.

August 1820 Elisha Wells aged 60 town of Hartford, Conne Inventory of Elisha Wells property: old case of drawers $3; ditto chairs 75, 2 old beds $10; lot dish kettle & other funiture $8, frame of old house $21.75.

I am a farmer by occupation and unable to support myself and family. I have a wife aged 52 and two children the eldest Eleazer is 14 years of age and the youngest Ira is 8 years of age. My wife is infirm and can barely take care of her family. My children cannot earn their support.

Erie County, Pennsylvania - 2 October 1838 appeared Alice Wells aged 78 years, widow of Ezekiel Wells. The sd. Ezekiel Wells having been a resident of Goffstown, County of Hillsborough, state of New Hampshire at the time he entered service and a resident of the town of Springfield, County of Erie, state of Pa. at the time he was allowed his pension 1832. that she was married to Ezekiel Wells ll December 1775 and her husband Ezekiel Wells died 6 Oct. 1833.- He was born at Goffstown in 1752

County of Grafton, State of New Hampshire - 17 January 1843 Pheby Wells resident of Benton aged 79, widow of Ezekiel Wells late of Canaan in the state and county aforesaid, a soldier and Servant and Comisary . in the Army of the revolutionary War. I was married to Ezekiel Wells December 25, 1779 at CAnaan, N. H. and was.Phebe Meacham. My husband died the 7th day of December 1818. County of Grafton, N. H. 26 March 1855, Phebe Wells aged 91 years a resident of Hanover in the state of New Hampshire

GEORGE WELLSS22041Rhode Island 

Kent County, Rhode Island, George Wells appeared 22 August 1832 age 73 of East Greenwich in the county and state aforesaid, entered service the winter of 1776 for three months at Warwick neck Capt. Michael Spencer and Col. Waterman Regt.

He was born in Exeter in the County of Washington, R. I. 15 Nov. 1758 and at 7 years his father removed from Exeter to E. Greenwich. He was a substitute for his brother Francis Wells.
