Simeon Perry in the Regt of East Tenn. Vols, and also he is Andrew Wells who was a pvt in company commanded by Capt. John Porter in the 5th Regt of East Tenn. Militia commanded by Col. Booth in the War with Great Britain 1812 and he first volunteered under Captain Perry at Sevierville 23 Sept. 1813
