  Jane Page Wells, 91, of Damariscotta, ME died December 29, 2011 at Miles Memorial. She was born and raised in Newcastle, ME and graduated from Lincoln Academy and University of Maine at Orono. She was married to James Doring Wells for 59 years until his death in 2003. After raising two daughters in Wayland, MA, they moved to Weston and retired to Florida in 1986. Jane returned to Maine in 2009 residing in her home on Pemaquid Lake.

In her free time, Krissy enjoyed fishing, country music and watching the Washington Redskins as well as football in general.

  Ms. Wells worked for McKesson/Robbins Pharmaceutical Supply in New Orleans for many years. She later worked many years as a buyer for Buena Flowers in Gretna, La.
  
  Surviving are one son, Charles Emmitt Wells of San Diego; one son-in-law, James Plummer of Walkersville; one brother, Carl Bishop of Memphis, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
  
  Ms. Wells was preceded in death by two daughters, Janice Plummer and Dorothy Williams.
  
  Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick, with the Rev. Ed Lilley officiating.
