Thomas Wills or Wells petition to Orphans Court (1785) in Ann Arundel County. He was bound to Samuel Hutton to learn trade of carriage maker. Hutton doesn't keep him at this trade nor does he supply food, lodging, etc. Petition for discharge or compensation.

Benjamin Wills, Blacksmith, mentions wife Sarah and her three children: John, Thomas and Joseph Wills (all minors) When he mentions "my wife’s children" wife's is put in as if he had had another wife and other children. He leaves "my wearing apparel to my children".
