  Mrs. Ocaola Wells, 73, lifelong resident of Cass County, died at 12:45 o'clock this morning at Boyd's Nursing Home where she had been a patient five years.
  She was born at Chandlerville, March 25, 1891, daughter of William A. and Sara Buck Steele.
  She was married to Cap Wells in 1936. He died in 1943. A son, Trenis, died at 13. Her parents and a brother also preceded her in death.
  She is survived by two brothers, Glenn Steele of Michigan City, Ind., and Clarence Steele of Anderson, Ind., and several nieces and nephews.
  The body is at Cline's Funeral Home where friends may call from 7:30 to 8:30 this evening. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. George Hunt, pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate.

  She is survived by the husband C. W, "Whit" Wells, three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Bennett, Marshall, Ill: Mrs Lily Patterson, Lincoln, Ill and Mrs. Mary Lou Hall, Waukegan, Wis. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Greenwell Funeral Home, with the Rev. George Nika officiating and the Rev. Carl Carpentar assisting. Friends may call.

  Mrs. Goldie Wells, 69, died about 8:15 Saturday night in the Paris Hospital, where she had been a patient for several weeks.
  
  Goldie Marie Wells, the daughter of Joe and Myrtle (Murphy) Wallace, was born July 3, 1901 in Clark County. On December 3, 1919 she was married to C. W. (White) Wells, who survives.
  
  Besides her husband, she is survived by three sisters: Mrs. Pearl Bennett of Marshall, Mrs. Lily Patterson of Lincoln, and Mrs. Mary Lou Hall of Waukegan.
  
  Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon from the Greenwell Funeral Home. The Rev. George Nika, assisted by the Rev. Carl Carpenter, ministered the final services. Burial was in Ridgelawn Cemetery.
